It’s simple ….

Nothing Separates Us from Him and His Love!  NO-THING!

Paul writes in Romans, chapter 8 …..

For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

We live in a world of ‘conditions’.  We sometimes must do “A” so we can have “B”.  Probably more than most of us are willing to admit … many of our relationships are ‘conditional’.  Maybe you’re saying … ‘no they’re not!’  But think about it ~ if not, then why do we have so many conflicts in our relationships? (Yes, I do know that conflicts between people can be based on more than just this … but it’s what I’m going with here ~ just keeping it simple 🙂 )

Since we are so saturated with this kind of mentality in relationships, it’s hard to not believe this is true of God.

BUT … think about it ….

As a parent …. my kids could do all kinds of things that could upset me …. but it NEVER actually made me stop LOVING them!  And we are but sinful parents while God is holy and pure and faithful …. if we as sinful parents can not stop loving our kids think about God ~ He can NEVER stop loving us!

Oh that we would know how wide and how long and how deep and how wide HIS LOVE IS FOR US …. then we would also know that NOTHING stops Him from loving us!

Just let this simple truth sink in ….. chew on it …. mediate on it for the rest of the day, my friends!

Then ….

• Choose to believe that nothing separates us from His Love
• Make it your goal to know this love He has for you
• And … passionately pursue all there is to know of this Holy God
